Akhand Bharat Seminar 2025: Undivided India in Focus, Not a Distant Goal!

Pakistan has accepted the invite to Akhand Bharat (Undivided India) Seminar 2025 in New Delhi, more other countries invited.

Akhand Bharat, a big call for the Undivided Bharat/India is in focus again!

Marking its 150th year anniversary on Jan 15, 2025, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) is hosting the Akhand Bharat (Undivided India) Seminar 2025 in New Delhi.

Focusing on the Indian sub-continent as a collective power, the seminar throws light on India’s collective power as Akhand Bharat with its neighbors included.

Towards this end, the Government of India has already invited Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Maldives and Nepal, who were once part of the Undivided India.

According to the official sources, Pakistan has already given its nod to attend the event, while Bangladesh and other nations are yet to confirm.

Apart from bordering neighbors, Middle East, Southwest and Central Asian countries were also invited to this global level event. 

“We wanted officials from all countries, which were part of the Undivided India at the time of IMD’s  establishment to be part of the celebrations,” a top IMD official said in a statement.

Marking the 150th year anniversary of IMD, the Finance Ministry is also releasing a limited edition Rs 150 commemorative coin and the Home Ministry has also approved a special tablue to honor IMD at the Republic Day on  Jan 26, 2025.
